O.M.G. is a specialist in precision machining entailing boring, milling and framework constructions to realise medium and large sized products. The company realises structures for the most important global companies in the production of electric energy, manufacturing turbines for gas, steam, wind stations for the production of energy. The combination of professional competences, first-rate machine inventory and selection
of the used materials for machining large steel products, with hundredth of a millimeter tolerances. The company also realises industrial automation systems, highly automated machining lines and transfer lines, on drawing. O.M.G. is the supplier of Gasparin Impianti for which it realises mobile screening and crushing plants, state-of-the-art machines appreciated world-wide for their robustness, production ability and quality of the processed material.

PLANTS FOR PHARMACEUTICAL MACHINING

The quality standards pursued by O.M.G. have enabled the supply of plants for the medical sector, specifically for the pharmaceutical sector. O.M.G. realises complete plants for treating medicines: particularly, it has built different autoclaves for the sterilisation of medicines. They are furnaces where absolute vacuum (zero Bar) is created, working at certain temperatures, creating an environment without water and impurity, suitable for sterilisation. The medicines enter the autoclave open and are sterilised and sealed inside the autoclave.

The autoclaves have internal mechanisms (for moving plates and similar), to close and seal the medicines. As the materials are subjected to strong stress working at zero pressure, the autoclaves require machining with specific tolerances. The degree of surface finish is very low roughness (mirror) as no water can stagnate. This required the development of purposely studied tools by O.M.G. and realised by specialistic companies. Finally, the machinery used for machining must be heat-treated (complete absence of other materials residues), to avoid contamination.

PLANTS FOR TOBACCO CURING

O.M.G. has been working for one of the most important companies in the tobacco curing sector, which main offices are in the province of Treviso, for more than forty years. In time, O.M.G. has built robots for industrial automation (for loading, tobacco movements, selection lines) and finished machinery for tobacco curing, such as cutters, roller crushers, etc...
